Do I have to access Swank from a particular web browser?

Answer

Yes, Swank Digital Campus is only accessible from Chrome, Edge, and Firefox web browsers.  Films on Swank won't play if you're using the Safari web browser on a Mac.

Firefox users please note: Currently, "private browsing mode" and/or a "never remember history" setting in Firefox will prevent Swank Digital Campus from functioning properly. By default, the campus setting for Firefox is to remember history. If you've changed it or are using your own machine, you'll have to allow history to access Swank Digital Campus with Firefox. If you use Swank a lot, one suggestion is to use the “Clear history when Firefox closes” setting.  To access it, select “Use custom settings for history” under the History section in the “Privacy and Security” area of Firefox’s settings.

The History setting menu in Firefox with the option "Use custom settings for history" selected along with the option to clear history after browsing checked off.
