How long does it take to get Interlibrary Loan items?
Answer
Interlibrary Loan will request materials from other libraries. The length of time it takes to get these items depends on how many libraries own the item and which are willing to fill a request as well as whether the item is being sent as a PDF or physically sent to our library. Typically, items are made available in the following timeframes:
- Articles (PDF) - 1 to 3 Business Days
- Book Chapters (PDF) - 1 to 3 Business Days
- Books (Physical Copy) - 3 to 7 Business Days
