Does the library lend vinyl records?
Answer
Yes, we have a small browsing collection of vinyl records featuring popular titles and greatest hits. The collection is located on the first floor and also features a listening station to enjoy the records in the library. We typically add to the collection once a year.
At the end of the fall semester, students vote for the records they want added into the collection, which are then purchased and added during the spring semester.
We also loan portable record players at the Circulation Desk. Records and record players can be borrowed for 5 day loans.

The Research Help desk will be closed during the winter break, but you can still submit questions or reach out to a librarian for help. Spring 2026 hours will start on Tuesday, January 20th.
