How do I report noisy patrons or patrons making a disturbance?
Answer
If patrons in the library are being too loud or causing a disturbance, you can contact the Circulation desk. You can physically visit the desk (1st floor lobby) or call us at 518-580-5502.
Please remember that the 3rd floor is the only quiet floor of the library, so people are allowed to talk on floors 1, 2, and 4. However, on all floors patrons should not be excessively loud or creating disturbances.
