How do I reserve the media viewing rooms?
Answer
Library 111 (Student Media Room) can be booked up to 24 hours in advance for 3 hour blocks of time using the Room Reservation System.
Library 129 (Media viewing room) is a meeting room.
Faculty/staff can reserve this room for meetings more than 24 hours in advance using the EMS: https://calendar.skidmore.edu/EMSWebApp/ If you need to reserve this room for a class, please contact Lori Acee at lacee@skidmore.edu or 518-580-5506 with the date/time you'd like to reserve the room for your class.
Students can reserve this room 24 hours or less in advance using the touchscreen next to the room. Students can also contact Lori Acee at lacee@skidmore.edu or 518-580-5506 to see if the room can be booked in advance for a specific date/time.
